Father, as I gaze upon your picture I believe the shallow life that I lead Will drain the tears from your own eyes Only now I understand All the sacrifices that you made were for us I see now, you must forgive me I could never be truly trusted A trial that I failed Your voice has revealed all that is final I trust in your word A trodden path I must walk Father, as I return from the oblivion I have burned myself in the flames of your rapture In my eyes, your image burns away I’m paralysed by my obsession To live a life just like you did In your flesh, through your life with your corruption

Fall of Man 06:17
And I find in your face, a most unfamiliar maze I gaze at the sky as the colour bleeds out of space In this moment of grief I light myself ablaze I walk with the dark and the darkness walks with me I call forth a spirit from the wretched deep In your image, a fading memory Forward into darkness and darkness into me Falling forever, through a hole torn in your dreams Cast yourself screaming, into a bottomless pit Void, hear me now as I stand on your precipice Loud and clear as I commit myself to you Falling forever, through a hole torn in your dreams Cast yourself screaming into a bottomless pit Trapped in your maze, a most unfamiliar place I gaze at the walls as light beings to fade A moment of darkness that we will come to embrace Man will fall Falling forever, through a hole torn in your dreams Cast yourself screaming, into a bottomless pit

In moments of fear we forge our darkest weapons No matter what the cost to life itself or this place The carpenter will never atone for what he has wrought upon the world and all the innocents that it has sought the ringing in his ears grows louder each and every day All the knowledge through his years, wasted this way We beckon the horsemen to ride onward Dressage laid on as we set our gaze elsewhere We are the eye of the storm yet to come Grains of sand pouring through our fingers We strive to reinvent the wheel in different ways That it may spin dreadfully on ourselves The carpenter will never atone for what he has wrought upon the world and all the innocents that it sought the ringing in his ears grow louder each and everyday All the knowledge through his years, wasted this way

Endlessly spinning towards the end of days Bloody, beaten and ashamed As the wheel turns, it begins again Hear me Saint Catherine Remove me from this cruel machine I pray I die before I break Save me from myself Break these chains that bind me Lift this wretched curse I’d rather die in sin, condemned than spin another’s corpse I can feel myself changing In every rotation My physical and mortal structure twisting in each motion with each blow I endure an enduring numbness engulfs me Between each spoke another part of me is lost Ruptured Bruised Broken Hearts turn to stone Horrendously recreating a replica tragedy Sinister and maligned Reconstructed, it happens again Behold, oh Saint Catherine Remove me from this cruel machine I pray I die before I break Please save me from myself Break these chains that bind me Lift this wretched curse I’d rather die in sin, condemned than spin another’s corpse

Born from the rock Out of the chaos circled by snakes Water called forth Miraculous birth formed out of dust shower of gold Herald of Sirius Shepard the lamb Tame wild beasts heal the sick Cast out demons Marked by betrayal scattered across the l and just the o rise once again Freed from our pain These tales evermore Celestial protection From cosmic horror Our tapestry sewn By other hands Distorted truths Planet shattered Man crucified On the third day We sealed our cave Our fiction’s grave
6.
False idols, hang them all They stand against my will You cannot rely on these prophets They don’t care for you like I do They’ll never understand the pain of being a man Only we can realise the truth, force apart the lies Now understand my sacrifice Witches, burn them all They stand against my will And after all, you were never seeking answers Only relief from the crushing realisation That you are just a boy On a sick planet, in a dying universe Caught in the entropy Clinging to mother’s promise There is worship For the gods of men
7.
In Every blade of grass that shoots from the ground The animals that graze, the parasites that feed The rays of the sun that penetrate the darkness The breeze that carries the rain The crack of thunder that the breaks midnight silence The Ebb and flow of tides that carry strange beasts Where are they now? Can you feel it around you The fabric of the cosmos In another dimension The screaming of eternity Boiling, scalding truths Pour across your mind Through our mortal eyes we gaze on just a fragment Distracted by the entanglement of emotions To peer through the crack, but just a glimpse The wildest imagination turned inside out Looking around me I finally see What had been purposefully hidden away I can not withstand the horrid sight These visions I see not designed for my eyes Father forgive me, now I have learned But I know now I cannot go back I tear out my eyes and I still see The cosmic horror in front of me
